àlaBuzz Tying for 12th Place in Best WordPress Design 2009! – Add Your Vote to this Underdog Contender?

Thank you ALL who have already voted for àlaBuzz in the Best WordPress Design 2009 contest. I’m currently tying for 12th place! If you haven’t yet cast your vote, click here to go to the voting page at Fresh eVenture.

àlaBuzz does not sport the best design among the contest nominees. Far from it. Some sites in the contest hired professional help when they were created,  and several of the sites are actually owned by web designers. As one of the do-it-yourself sites using a free theme, àlaBuzz is among the design underdogs in this competition.

Yet a vote for àlaBuzz maintains integrity, because the contest is actually an exercise in site traffic promotion. Keller Hawthorne, founder of Fresh eVenture, is a smart young women who helps bloggers and Internet entrepreneurs “make a living online.” Not only is she generating site traffic for Fresh eVenture and every site involved in the contest, she is MODELING how to do it. What a great way to teach.

The Fresh eVenture Best WP Design competition may in the future be a prestigious annual event,with qualifying criteria to enter, and a panel of unbiased design judges. That will be Keller demonstrating how to build reputation.
