LJ Custom Menu Links is a cool plugin for your WordPress blog that lets you add custom links to menu bar tabs. You can opt for displayed links or hidden links, which are seen only by users who are logged in.
You can see that I added a linked tab to the àlaBuz RSS Feed in the menu bar. What you can’t view are the Admin and Logout links that only I see when I’m working on the site.
You can also use LJ Custom Menu Links to create menu tabs that link to external sites. Think about what you could do with that….Link to a partner site….Create a double (or triple) blog….And probably lots more!
LJ Custom Menu Links doesn’t require theme code changes, so it’s a breeze to set up. It did not interfere with any of the other 15 plugins at àlaBuzz. It was last updated July 27, 2009, and is working fine with WordPress 2.8.4.
